Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On June 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 03:10 on June 13, 2019, the victim C’s market price, which was displayed in front of the entrance, was 200,000 won in front of the entrance of the victim in Jung-gu, Busan, Jung-gu.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

On June 13, 2019, around 03:20 on June 13, 2019, the Defendant driven a 125CC Orala without obtaining a license for a motorcycle at a section of approximately 1.9 km from D on the roads located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan to the front road of the FYE located in Busan Jung-gu, and without obtaining a license for a motorcycle.
B. On July 8, 2019, around 01:50 on July 8, 2019, the Defendant driven the 125CC, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle at the section of approximately 1.9 km from D, which is located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, to the front road of the F entertainment tavern located in Busan Jung-gu, the Busan, and without obtaining a license for a motorcycle.
