A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant has worked as the Busan Branch Office of Co., Ltd., Ltd. from February 2, 2012 to August 2016, 2016.
1. As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, was transferred the sum of KRW 50 million on October 21, 2015, KRW 500,000,000 on November 10, 2015, KRW 500,000 on November 10, 2015, and KRW 50 million on February 29, 2016, to the Saemaul Treasury Account in the name of the Defendant, under the pretext of down payment and the expenses for interior construction.
2.
