1. Defendant F Co., Ltd.:

A. Each part of the ground stated in paragraph 2 of the 1st Schedule to Plaintiff A and B (attached Form) is the chain.

On January 12, 2018, Defendant F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant F Co., Ltd”) completed a share transfer registration made on November 10, 2017 with respect to the shares (661/2,482) in land No. 2 from AA in land.

Plaintiff

E completes the registration of ownership transfer on the third land due to legacy on June 16, 2011.

On October 11, 2011, the deceased and the defendant company entered into an agreement on the lease agreement and possession status of each land of this case, stating that "The deceased may extend the contract period of the first and second land to the defendant company for three years (the period may be extended for two years only once, and the five-year lease period shall expire after the termination of the five-year lease period), and shall lease the land at KRW 200,000,000 per the following month."
