Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special threat: (a) on May 21, 2019, the Defendant driven a B K5-si on the side of the B K5-lane in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, with one lane from the intersection to the Olympic Games; (b) while driving a vehicle along the two-lane, the victim D (the age of 28) driven along the two-lanes, driving the vehicle in close vicinity to the Defendant’s taxi at the afterward; (c) after entering the Olympic, the vehicle was driven in close vicinity to the Defendant’s taxi; and (d) when driving the vehicle along the three-lanes at the Olympic, the Defendant changed the two-lane to the two-lane; (d) when driving the vehicle again into the first lane; and (e) changing the two-lane to the rear side of the victim; and (e) changed the victim’s vehicle to the one-lane damaged vehicle; and (e) changed the victim’s vehicle to the one-lane damaged vehicle; and (e) changed the victim’s vehicle to the first-lane damaged vehicle.

2. The driver of any motor vehicle, etc. who has violated the Road Traffic Act shall be prohibited from threatening or endangering the other person or causing any danger to traffic by consecutively committing any offense over the median line or any violation of signals, etc. or by continuing or repeatedly committing one act;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place described in paragraph (1), driven BK5 taxi from the section of 3 km to the Seoul Gangseon Police Station traffic center, in a manner of repeating the five-time median line and the eight-time signal violation, thereby causing danger to traffic.
