1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 113,887,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Supply of oil;
A. On December 24, 2016, the Plaintiff supplied oil to the Defendants who run the D workplace, and around December 24, 2016, the outstanding amount of the Plaintiff was KRW 120,80,000.
The Defendants agreed to jointly assume the above payment.
B. Since then, the Defendants partly repaid and the Plaintiff additionally supplied oil, and the outstanding amount was KRW 113,887,000 around July 27, 2017.

2. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 113,887,00 for oil price and 15% of the annual damages for delay from September 15, 2017 to the date of full payment after the written complaint is served.
