A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months and by imprisonment for not more than six months for a crime of No. 2 as decided by the court below.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for night building intrusion, larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 1, 2019.

The Defendant was working as safety personnel in the Daegu Department Store Safety Management Office by September 2018.

1. On August 2018, the Defendant, as a day employee of the above department store, entered the “D” store entrance administered by the victim C of the 5th floor emergency stairs located in Daegu B department store without the authority to access the department store, and entered the password of the digital entrance book of the warehouse that he/she became aware of while working as safety personnel, and entered the room, and entered the room in which he/she prepared the total market price of KRW 1,435,00 in advance at the market price of KRW 1,435,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim at night and stolen the property.

2.
