A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on May 18, 2009, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and the same court on March 7, 2011, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime, and has the history of violating Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions.

On December 4, 2016, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven a B-W-man car at a section of about 4km from the front day of the written package located in the Busan Jin-dong, Busan to the front day of the main commercial building located in the same Gu-dong from the front day of the main commercial building located in the same Gu-gu.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above at the time of the day specified in the above paragraph 1, the Defendant attempted to stop the inspection in order to find out that the police officers belonging to the Busan High Police Station in front of the Busan High Police Station are under the influence of drinking and to escape control on the roads of the Busan High Police Station in front of the Busan High Police Station, and violated the signal while driving the vehicle toward the Jinyang intersection in front of the same NASpo, and changed the lane rapidly by avoiding the patrol vehicle that is f0 km down by the speed of about 10 km per hour at the time of estimating the speed of 60 km per hour, and proceeded to the left-hand side of the road by spreading the central line in the direction of the mountain tunnel in front of the Dong-gu Busan High Police Station.

As a result, the Defendant committed an act of violating signal, changing the lane, speeding, and overcoming the central line, thereby threatening or endangering others, and causing danger to traffic.
