A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 1,00,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On March 21, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in the Gwangju District Court Manpoon branch on November 8, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. On August 5, 2018, around 20:0, the Defendant was engaged in as if he had no intent or ability to pay the price at the “D” point of the victim C’s operation in Dongducheon-si B, and was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 20,000 per share of KRW 20,000 per share of KRW 40,00 per share of KRW 80,000 per share of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On August 5, 2018, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the price in “G stores” in the “G stores” operated by the Victim F in Dongducheon-si; (b) and (c) was provided by the Defendant with a telecommunication line service equivalent to KRW 25,000, an amount of KRW 5,500,000, equivalent to KRW 1,35,000, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property equivalent to 110,000 won in total, and acquired property benefits equivalent to 130,000 won in total.

3. On August 7, 2018, around 19:45, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he had no intent or ability to pay the price in the “J points” of the victim I’s operation of the same Doducheon-si; and (b) was provided by the victim with a singing-on service amounting to KRW 5,300,000, equivalent to KRW 25,000,000, respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property equivalent to 65,000 won in total, and acquired property benefits equivalent to 6,000 won.

4. On August 8, 2018, the Defendant operated the Victim L, located in K at Dongducheon-si around 01:30.
