The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 38,402,953 and the amount of KRW 38,302,213 from October 14, 2020 to the date of full payment.

1. On August 16, 2018, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 210,000,000 to the Defendant on August 31, 2020 due date for reimbursement of KRW 12% per annum, and overdue interest rate of KRW 24% per annum. The Defendant did not pay KRW 38,302,213 and interest rate of the above loan as of October 13, 2020.

The Plaintiff shall seek against the Defendant the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate, from October 14, 2020 to the date of full payment, as to the total amount of the principal and interest of the above loan amount of KRW 38,402,953 and the principal amount of KRW 38,302,213.

2. Articles 208 (3) 3 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment made by deeming that the relevant provisions of Acts are private);
