1. Defendant B

A. From Sep. 2012 to Oct. 10, 2012, the Defendant received a solicitation from the representative director V of U.S. Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “U”) to the effect that it is difficult for U.S. to receive “construction works for excellent storage tanks” among “M,” which was ordered by J City, at the entrance of T apartment, where the Defendant is the Defendant’s dwelling. In return, the Defendant received KRW 5 million in cash.

Accordingly, the Defendant received the above bribe from V in relation to the official duties of the public official.

B. On January 201, 2013, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, agreed to the effect that the Defendant would pay KRW 1 million per month to the Defendant in the form of activity expenses, such as solicitation from the U.S. office located in Ansan-si W and 521, to the relevant public officials so that the Defendant may receive installation works for excellent storage tanks among the M ordered by J city.

On June 20, 2013, the Defendant received 1 million won from V to the corporate bank account in the name of the Defendant from V, and the U.S. office around March 2013.
