Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 9, 2016, the Defendant is expected to drink with members of the club at the colorphone club office located on the first underground floor in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and to go to the club house by the victim C (V, 50 years of age) who is members of the club after drinking alcohol with members of the club at the club office at the end of the year.
