1. Defendant A is the field director of the corporation B, who is performing the construction of F-related facilities in Guangdo City E.

No person shall leak, leak, or abandon specific substances harmful to water quality in public waters without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, on April 27, 2017, the Defendant laid down concrete residuess at the above place on April 27, 2017, allowing cement water containing specific water-related harmful substances (used metal) to flow into rainwater shield (e.g., rainwater shield), which is a specific water-quality hazardous substance (Cu) and leaked to the public water area.

2. Defendant B, a corporation for the purpose of construction business, etc., committed the above violation on the Defendant’s business at the date and time and place specified in paragraph (1).
