If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The Defendant is the chairperson of the “B Emergency Countermeasure Committee”.

On February 15, 2013, at around 18:00, the Defendant attended a briefing session for residents to permit the new construction of a dormitory annexed to D University under C by the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Residents' Self-Governing Center of Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and made a public insult of the victim E, D University, the representatives of F Residents' Association, and H, who attended the representatives of D University, and the members of the Residents' Council such as the victim E, D University, F Residents' Association, and H, who participated in the representatives of D University.
