On October 19, 2016, the Defendant driven a car with three highest km from the front side of Kimpo-si to Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si without obtaining a driver's license on October 19, 2016.

The grounds for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act include the following factors: (a) the Defendant was sentenced twice to a fine by driving without a license in 2016 on August 23, 2016; (b) the unfavorable sentencing factors such as imprisonment with prison labor for six months on account of driving without a license on August 23, 2016; (c) the Defendant was sentenced to one year on suspension of execution; and (d) the Defendant did not cause any traffic accident while driving without a license; (c) the Defendant disposed of his/her vehicle in the future; and (d) the disposal of his/her vehicle without a license; and (e) the most favorable sentencing factors such as the most favorable sentencing factors that support his/her wife and two children.
