1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a holder of Bone Star Co., Ltd.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 13:50 on January 11, 2014, the Defendant operated the said vehicle, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the “nurg fishing place” in the front of the “nurgary fishing place,” located in the Dong in Yangju-si.
