1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) KRW 15,119,614 and interest thereon shall be 15% per annum from May 3, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

According to the Plaintiff’s appraisal result of Gap’s 1 through 5 square meters, Eul’s 1 to 5 square meters, the Plaintiff acquired ownership of 165 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) on July 21, 2016; the Defendant’s occupation of 15, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 16, 17, 17, 13, 14, 15 square meters on the instant land x 15 square meters on the 15th 4th 5th 6th 6th 6th 6th 65th 6th 65th 65th 6th 65th 65th 6th 65th 65th 6th 65th 7th 14th 7th 2017; the Defendant’s possession of the instant land from July 21, 2016 to 18th 7, 2017.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
