A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant discovered that around 07:34, August 8, 2015, the Defendant was in custody of 1 stuffed at 30,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s ownership, in front of the home of Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, 106: 103, and 103, the victim’s home.

2. On September 10, 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Purchasing one new launch equivalent to KRW 20,000 in the market price from N located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, and one of the above 1.C.

As stated in Paragraph 1, a stolen HB credit card is presented to the owner of the store with his/her name in secret as if it was a legitimate holder, and that member has the said owner pay the purchase price with the said credit card, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits of 20,000 won and stolen.
