The sentence of punishment shall be suspended against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are married.

1. On August 2, 2019, at around 03:25, Defendant B threatened the victim, who was her husband, with the reason that the victim A (the 34 years of age) who was her husband, her husband, went home at night and late at night in the Defendant’s residence located in Ulsan-gun C Apartment D, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, with a view to threateninging the victim by taking out the food knife (the 33cm in total length, 20cm in knife length) which was a dangerous thing in the port where he was living in the port where he was her.
