Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic, or conduct sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising money, valuables or other property benefits.

Nevertheless, on October 25, 2015, the Defendant operated a marina business in the name of "C" from B B-6th of Pakistan-si on October 25, 2015, and employed female employees, and allowed male guests who found the business to engage in sexual traffic after receiving KRW 110,00 from them.

Accordingly, on April 24, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 110,00 from male customers each of the 10,000 female workers, and the Defendant received KRW 110,000 from male customers, and on June 8, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 110,000 from male customers each of them.

As a result, the defendant provided a place of sexual traffic for business purposes, and arranged sexual traffic.
