Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant with the trade name of “D” from the first floor of the underground floor and the first floor of the fifth floor of the building in Busan-gun, Busan-gun.

A.
