Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall be allowed to gambling or gambling in which property or property benefits are provided by taking advantage of the results of sports promotion betting tickets or similar things issued by persons, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or entrusted business operators.

On June 30, 2011, the Defendant joined a private sports soil site BPC in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, 201 with AD'D using an Internet computer.

The above site operator deposited 77,520,000 won in total 63 times until July 12, 2012, such as transferring 300,000 won to a new bank account in the name of E in order to receive gambling money from a post office account in the name of F F and reporting and printing the schedule and dividend rate of sports games posted on the site, and reporting and printing the distribution rate, etc., as shown in the attached list of crimes. The above site operator deposited 77,520,000 won in a total of 63 times until July 12, 2012.
