Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 1, 2015, the president of the Korean Democratic Labor Union (hereinafter referred to as the “former Democratic Labor Union”) held the World Workers’ Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Workers’ Competition”) at the Seoul Square located in 20,000 members, including democratic union members, around 16:0 of May 1, 2015, and reported the Seoul Square 2 as the Seoul Square by using two lanes in the direction of proceeding to the Seoul Square.

As a result, from May 1, 2015 to 16:25, around 22,00 members, the Democratic Nowon took part in the election of approximately 22,00 members, and from around 15:20 to around 16:25, 200 members of the Seoul square to the society of Democratic Labor C, and approximately 20,00 members of the participants of the above assembly took part in the election of approximately 16:30 members of the above assembly using the front way of proceeding at the Seoul Squared from around 16:48 on the same day to the front way of proceeding, but they deviate from the course of the first report at around 2 as 16:48 on the same day.

2. On May 1, 2015, the Defendant participated in the aforesaid “Labor Games” and occupied 5,500 participants from around May 1, 2015 to from around 19:22 on the same day, and occupied the eight-lanes prior to the two directions from the Seoul Jongno-gu equitable private distance to the green distance.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 5,50 participants in the assembly and interfered with traffic by land for about one hour.
