A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the performance of special official duties: (a) around 22:50, at the front of the Company Samsung SDR, which was located in the Si/Gu-U.S.A., in 58 U.S., and was found to have been driven by a policeman affiliated with the police box C of the Gyeong-gu Police Station C of the Gyeongbuk-gu Police Station, which was under the influence of drinking while driving the B B c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c c

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the crackdown on drinking alcohol driving.

2. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking, drinking, snow, and walking without properly walking, at the C District Office in the Gu-U.S. police station in the Gu-U.S., Nowon-gu, U.S., Si, from around February 23:11, 201 to 2:43 the same day.

Due to reasonable grounds, there was a demand for responding to the measurement of drinking by inserting approximately 32 minutes into a drinking measuring instrument.

그럼에도 피고인은 음주 측정기의 불대를 혀로 막거나 입김을 불어 넣는 시늉만 하는 방법으로 이를 회피하여 정당한 사유 없이 경찰공무원의 음주 측정요구에 응하지 아니하였다.
