A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a D-Woo-man car without obtaining a driver’s license, with approximately two km section from C and C in front of the mountain father in the same city to the intersection in front of the said city, from around 01:40 through through the C-Woo-si, the C-Woo-si car was operated without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. No one shall leave Articles on the road, which might impede the traffic flow of the road without permission therefor;

Nevertheless, while the Defendant driven a car as stated in paragraph 1 at the date and time, at the place, and at the 1st paragraph, driven the car and left the intersection in front of Csanbu and the front of the intersection from the boundary of the new Tong Hospital to about 40 K/K at a speed of 2-lane in the direction of the north new town, the Defendant left the intersection by negligence and left the intersection as the front part of the intersection, and left the site without leaving the said car as it is at the site of the accident.

3. An offender also was on board the police officer at the time of the accident at the end of the above C's mountain father and the following alleys around the day specified in paragraph (1).

The police officer asked the E to be driven by the unlicensed driving, and asked the E to feel a false confession.

E himself/herself was driven by a police officer G or a policeman belonging to the F District of the F District of the Tong-gu Police Station, who returned to the scene of an accident together with the Defendant, and called to the place.

It makes a false statement and prepares and submits a statement related to traffic accidents at around 02:08 on the same day.

As a result, the defendant instigated E to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
