1. The defendant on September 4, 1996, as to the real estate stated in the attached list in the plaintiff's attached list, the Jung-gu District Court, Yangyang-ju registry office.

1. On September 4, 1996, the Plaintiff: (a) borrowed 7 million won from the Defendant as the owner of the real estate indicated in the attached list; and (b) set up a collateral security as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article.

After November 10, 1996, the Plaintiff paid the full amount of the above loan to the Defendant. The Defendant did not implement the registration procedure for cancellation of the registration of the establishment of the above neighboring mortgage until now.

Therefore, the plaintiff seeks to request the defendant to cancel the registration of the establishment of a new mortgage on the ground of the termination date of service of a copy of the application for amendment.
