1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed to the Plaintiff KRW 52,50,000, and Defendant B with respect thereto from July 30, 2016, and Defendant C with respect thereto.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The Plaintiff shall claim for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the copy of the complaint is served to the day of complete payment.

However, as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate after October 1, 2015 is recognized only 15% per annum, and such excess portion is rejected.
