A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When any person intends to provide a fee-charging job placement service, he/she shall register with the competent administrative agency, and no juvenile shall have the juvenile drink alcoholic beverages with customers, singing or dance, etc. to provide entertainment to customers, or arrange or instigate such acts.

Nevertheless, the Defendants, from October 7, 201, received 60,000 won in total calculated by 10,000 won for each juvenile as a fee-charging loan, and operated a paid job placement office referring to a news report referring to the word referring to the word referring to the word referring to the age of 14 (n, 14), E (n, 14) and 14 (n, n, 14).
