1. The Defendant’s KRW 25,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from October 27, 2013 to August 4, 2015.

Part of dismissal: Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
