A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 12, 2013, the Defendant organized up to 30 million won, and up to 13 numbers per old unit (hereinafter “instant 30 million won number system”), and up to 20 million won per old unit on August 15, 2014, and up to 16 numbers per old unit (hereinafter “instant 20 million won number system”).
