1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs and the Busan Central Credit Union Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Gang River”) concluded a loan agreement with the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “Plaintiff, Busan National Credit Union,” and Plaintiff Songdo Credit Union concluded a loan agreement with the terms as listed below, and received the loan, respectively, on May 16, 2016 for the Plaintiff, and did not pay the remainder of the principal and interest as of August 8, 2016 for the Plaintiff, and did not pay the Plaintiff Songdo Credit Union with interest amounting to KRW 9,222,822 as of August 8, 2016.

Compensation for delay in the interest rate on the date of loan commencement (determined by adding up the late interest rate below to the loan interest rate) on June 16, 2015, Plaintiff Busan New District Court 2.9 billion won on June 16, 2016

8. 3% ( modified interest) 0% additional 9% within 30 days in arrears, 30 days in arrears to 90 days in arrears, 10% additional 90 days in arrears to 90 days in arrears, and 11% additional 8% additional 8.3% in arrears on September 24, 2015 to 30 days in arrears, 30 days in arrears, 9% in arrears to 30 days in arrears, 90 days in arrears, and 10% in arrears to 90 days in arrears;

B. On April 2016, the Geum River and the Defendants entered into a sales contract with each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant real estate”) with Defendant A around April 2016.

(2) As to each of the real estates listed in Defendant B and the separate sheet No. 2 (hereinafter “instant Real Estate No. 2”).

(3) As to each of the real estates listed in the [Attachment C] list with Defendant C and the [Attachment C] (hereinafter “instant third real estate”).
