A Imprisonment for 6 months, Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for 4 months, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the president of the E-Medical Center in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, the president of the E-Medical Center, the husband of the defendant A, the representative in the name of the above medical center, and the defendant C has served as the secretary general of the above medical center.
1. A person who establishes and operates a common-service social welfare facility of Defendant A and B is unable to use the facility accounting budget for any purpose other than that determined by the expenditure budget pursuant to Article 15 of the Financial Accounting Rules for Social Welfare Foundation and Social Welfare Facilities. As such, the operating expenses of the E-Medical Care Center shall be used only for the purpose of operating the facility in question
From March 2013 to April 2017, the Defendants conspired and embezzled the amount of KRW 229,973,00,00 in total over 50 times, as shown in the attached Table 1 of the crime day list, while the Defendants conspired and embezzled the amount of long-term care benefits received from the National Health Insurance Corporation and the inmates and the inmates for the purpose of providing care for the victims, and thus, the Defendants embezzled the amount of KRW 229,973,00,00 in total from 50 times to 50 times as shown in the attached Table 1.
B. Around July 23, 2015, the Defendants conspired to use the long-term care benefits received from the National Health Insurance Corporation and the inmates and embezzled the amount of KRW 3,390,090 as the lease price for the Fenz S350 vehicles operated by Defendant B in the course of performing their duties for the purpose of medical care for the victims of injury, and embezzled it by using the amount of KRW 77,083,260 in total over 41 times from around that time to April 18, 2017, as shown in attached Table 2.
C. The Defendants conspired in collusion to the above medical care center for damage.
