The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the court of first instance, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the injury among the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on intentional injury

In addition, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal nor any statement of the grounds for appeal in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
