1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) Plaintiff A is the H Hospital located in Busan Jin-gu G (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
(2) The Plaintiff’s spouse, Plaintiff C, and D are children of Plaintiff A. (2) Defendant E is a person who operates the Defendant Hospital, and Defendant F is a doctor who treated Plaintiff A.
B. 1) On May 20, 2013, Plaintiff A complained of the pain of the right completed part of the Plaintiff’s medical treatment, and applied to the Defendant Hospital. 2) Defendant F diagnosed the Plaintiff’s condition as “the frame of the body of the body of the body outside the margin of the front side”, and on May 22, 2013, Defendant F performed the Plaintiff’s “dive and internal surgery” (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

5) On July 1, 2013, Plaintiff A, who was admitted to the Defendant Hospital, removed the spons of the part of the surgery, but some of the upper bodies were exposed to metal plates, re-hospitalized to the Defendant Hospital on July 9, 2013, and discharged the Defendant Hospital on July 26, 2013.
