Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 16, 2013, the Defendant sentenced 10,000 won of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on July 10, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On August 5, 2014, around 17:00 on August 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the said gas station in Gohap-gun, Gohap-gun; (b) obstructed the disturbance of performance of official duties; (c) obstructed the disturbance of the disturbance by entering the said gas station; and (d) reported the disturbance to the E box of the Gohap-gun Police Station; and (c) reported the disturbance to the said station by one other, F, etc., to the said station; (d) the case was minor and led the Defendant to the Defendant’s residence after having taken the patrol.
