Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim by walking the victim’s left face one time due to drinking, while driving a horse fighting with the victim D (55 tax) in front of the convenience store of the building C in the building B in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and under the influence of daily and alcohol, the Defendant used the victim to walk the bridge part once.
