1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 31, 2005, the Liquidation Corporation filed a lawsuit against the defendant, a joint surety for the loans from the Gwangju Mutual Savings and Finance Company (hereinafter referred to as "non-party company") and the defendant, a joint surety for the said loans, with the Gwangju District Court 2004Gahap10796, and rendered a judgment of 117,626,205 won jointly and severally, and 77,626,205 won among them, from February 1, 1996 to 40,000 among them, from May 1, 1995 to December 15, 1996 to 198, from December 16, 199 to December 18, 197, from 94 to 196, the judgment of 20% on September 19, 196 to 198 per annum.

According to the above facts, the defendant is jointly and severally with the non-party company and the plaintiff 149,556,164 won and 30,000 out of them, upon the plaintiff's claim in this case seeking as part of the above judgment amount for the extension of prescription period, as the final transferee of the judgment amount claim No. 2004Gahap10796 against the defendant of the liquidation Finance Corporation.
