A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2019, between 22:20 and 22:46 on the same day, the Defendant boarded the bus (D) at the bus stops located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and moved to the side of the victim E (name, fuck, age 35).
