Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2014, around 23:28, the Defendant driven a 30-meter road from the roads near Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu to the roads front of the same 77-gil 22 obbs hotel in the old sea area, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.240%.
