Defendant

A had the intent to import and sell psychotropic drugs from Cambodia to the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “domestic”). On August 2015, after having received a request from Defendant A for the supply of psychotropic drugs, A paid USD 33,00 to I for the purchase price of opon, and requested “I send 1.3kg of opon to the Republic of Korea” to “I send opon 1.3kg of opon to the Republic of Korea.” On the other hand, J in the Republic of Korea requested “I will receive the purchase price of opon from the trade site and transfer it to Cambodia.” The above I respondeded the so-called “transfer book”, and transported approximately 3,00 U.S. dollars as the purchase price of opon, and received approximately 30,000 opon as the purchase price of opon from Defendant A.

Defendant

E, upon Defendant A’s instruction, requested L in the Republic of Korea to the effect that “I would have to bring in a penphone, so that I would have sold it,” thereby playing the role of the so-called “domestic sales books and contact books”. The J, upon A’s request, intended to take charge of the so-called “transfer books” in which I will receive the purchase price and send it to Cambodia when I bring in a penphone in connection with the domestic sales books. The Defendants and I conspired in order to share their respective roles.

After that, on August 2015, K received 1.3 km from the said I at the French site of Cambodia around the end of August, 2015, and thereafter, on August 27, 2015, it entered the Incheon National Port of Supply with the said Handphone 1.3 km and the air flights used.

Accordingly, in collusion with I, K, J, etc., the Defendants imported 1.3km from Cambodia to Korea for profit.
