A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

[Criminal facts]

1. Habitual theft;

A. The Defendant, after being released from the prison in the subparagraphs of the Victim C, was temporarily living in the victim’s house after being released from the prison, found out the fact that the victim was in custody of cash under the care of the victim, which was cut off, at around 12:00 on June 22, 2016, at the victim’s house located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the victim was cut off with 830,000 won, a cash owned by the victim, who was under the victim’s possession of the victim’s house, by using the gaps in which the victim was working in the toilet at the time of diving.
