Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.192% during blood transfusion around 23:55 on July 27, 2018, and the Defendant driven B rocketing car at approximately 500 meters from the front side of the Samgu Industries located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the front side of the Gung Steel in the city of Kimhae-si.
