1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The mother, Plaintiff B, C, D, E, F, and G of the deceased (hereinafter “the deceased”) is the sibling of the deceased.
B. On July 20, 1973, the deceased entered the 2nd Army Training Center at the Army, and was assigned to the 1st half of the 1st half of the J-mechanics Team at the end of August, 1973, and served as a two-time disease. From December 7, 1973 to December 11, 1973, the deceased sent a trip for five days to obtain a certified copy of the family register necessary for supporting long-term service.
C. 2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The plaintiffs' assertion (1) The JJJ transferred by the deceased was conducted on a regular basis with the organized sacr and cruel act of the appointed soldiers under the name of the U.S. that he was fluoring military discipline.
