All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On September 20, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant B to purchase F apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) G (hereinafter “instant apartment”) owned by Defendant B at KRW 635 million (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

B. The Intervenor E and D arranged the instant sales contract as a licensed real estate agent who has joined a mutual aid agreement of KRW 100 million to the Defendant C Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”).
C.
