1. On the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant),

A. Defendant C shall pay KRW 10,000,000 and its payment shall be from November 24, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who served as the representative director of H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”), and the Defendants are those who served or served as an executive officer or employee of H.

B. As between February 14, 2014 and November 10, 2015, the Plaintiff remitted KRW 83,600,000 in total to the Defendant B’s account as follows.

C. On December 21, 2012, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 10,000,000 from the Plaintiff’s said foreign exchange bank account to Defendant C’s Agricultural Bank account.

On May 10, 2008, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 5,600,000 from the Plaintiff’s above foreign exchange bank account to Defendant D’s SC Bank account (Account Number M).

E. From the Plaintiff’s above foreign exchange bank account, the Plaintiff remitted total of KRW 2,300,000,000 to Defendant E’s bank account (Account Number N), September 3, 2014, and May 10, 2016, and June 9, 2016, respectively.

F. On May 7, 2012, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 1,200,000 from the Plaintiff’s above foreign exchange bank account, to Defendant F’s account (Account NumberO), and KRW 500,000 from Defendant F’s national bank account (P Account Number) on May 8, 2015.

G. The plaintiff from the plaintiff's above foreign exchange bank account, 48,000,000 won with the defendant's National Bank account (Account Number Q) on December 28, 2007, and 3,000,000 won with the defendant's foreign exchange bank account (Account Number R) on January 8, 2008, and 41,00,000,000 won with the defendant's above exchange bank account on March 31, 2008, and 50,000.
