A. On February 10, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a fire insurance contract (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Nonparty C with the following content, which covers two-story houses of cement brick structure D (hereinafter “instant building”) located in C at the time of leisure, as the subject matter of insurance.

B. The Defendant was constructed in D, which is the land where the building No. 1 of this case is located, and owned the second floor housing building adjacent to the building No. 1 of this case (hereinafter “the building No. 2 of this case”) from 1962.
