The defendant shall be innocent.

1. In short, there is no evidence to prove the facts charged.

A. On the day of the case, the victim was the defendant.

In the second entry, the victim stated that he was forced to be towed and pushed up, and that the victim was forced to sit in a sofa, and that he was forced to enter the room.
