Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From March 26, 2013, the Defendant leased and used the house located in the Chungcheongnam-gun B from around March 26, 2013 for his own residence, and used the arche installed in the said house for heating.

When using a Rose of Sharon in cooking and heating by taking advantage of a fire fighter, etc., it is obliged that the Rose of Sharon should not keep the articles that can be easily attached to the surrounding area in order to prevent a fire from spreading out of the Rose of Sharon or overheating the fire, and have a duty of care to manage the surrounding areas in a clean manner so that the Rose of Sharon may not spread out of its length.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) laid down shot to be used as a fire fighter at the entrance of a fire fighter; (b) stored around it, such as piling up a unconstitutional shot to be used as a fire fighter on the entrance of the fire fighter; (c) on January 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stored a fire shot at the entrance of the womb for heating within the said house; (d) laid down the shot at the entrance of the womb; (b) laid down the shot; (c) turned down the shot; and (d) on the same day, on around 19:50, at around 19:50 on the same day, a fire shots and shots at the entrance of the womb were moved to the shotus; and (e) on the 167.4 square meters of the total floor area of the building on the 197.4 square meters of the wall and roof.

After all, the Defendant destroyed the above housing amounting to KRW 6,482,00,00 in the market price of C owned.
