Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing vehicle B.

1. On September 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act, driving the above vehicle at around 18:40 on September 30, 2015, led the D front distance in Pyeongtaek-si C to the direction of K-6 on the deaf side.

A person engaged in driving service has the duty of care to yield to another vehicle driving through an intersection in accordance with the signals when he/she intends to enter the intersection.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded to turn to the left on the right-hand side of the road at the time, and did not discover the Fone Star Engine driver of the victim E (48 S) driving through the intersection and passing to the intersection in accordance with the new subparagraph on the right-hand side of the said string vehicle, and did not discover the vehicle and shock the back part of the damaged vehicle into the front left-hand side of the said string vehicle.

Ultimately, Defendant 1 suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence, and damaged property worth KRW 2,093,960 of the cost of repairing the damaged vehicle slock exchange, etc.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act operated B rocketing vehicles that did not purchase mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the above 2 paragraph (2).
