A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 1, 2018, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving) driven a Bbeer or a car while drunk on September 1, 2018, and driven the front of the original city C from the fire distance to the D elementary school at an insular speed.

Although the Defendant, who was engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, had a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle without breaking the central line, the Defendant neglected to drive the motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and neglected to do so, and took the delivery box of the victim E (the age of 23) driving, which was driven by the central line, into the front part of the motor vehicle, and suffered bodily injury, such as the dynasium and tension in need of medical treatment for about two weeks.

While the Defendant continued to drive the said vehicle while driving the said vehicle on G with a remote distance due to influence of alcohol, the Defendant continued to drive the vehicle while the victim H (the age of 44) who observed the said accident intends to open a chief door to allow the Defendant to stop the vehicle, but continued to drive the vehicle, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the dump and tension of the underwater water in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving the said car on the road of approximately 6.5 km from the J Center in the Republic of Korea before the K Center in the Republic of Korea, in the state of being under the influence of alcohol 0.198% of the blood alcohol concentration at the above temporary border to the front of the K Center in the Republic of Korea.
