1. The Defendant’s KRW 94,047,566 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from May 16, 2016 to June 22, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. B and C’s acquisition of land ownership 1) B (the mother of D, the representative director of the Plaintiff Company)

(2) On March 30, 200, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to E forest land E 136,691 square meters on March 8, 200. 2) C (the Plaintiff’s representative director) on July 14, 2009 with respect to forest land 59,402 square meters and G forest land 274,247 square meters (hereinafter “G land before division”) on June 30, 2009.

3) On April 24, 2007, 141,534 square meters of H forests and fields E 136,691 square meters following the correction of registered matters and registration conversion (hereinafter “H land before subdivision”).

(B) The H land before subdivision became a 85,407 square meters of H forests and fields (hereinafter “H land after subdivision”) on November 15, 201.

B) The G land prior to the subdivision was divided into 224,485 square meters of G forest and J forest and 49,762 square meters of J forest on November 15, 201. G forest land was divided into 224,485 square meters on May 12, 2014. G forest land was 224,485 square meters of G forest and 214,229 square meters of forest land (hereinafter “G land after subdivision”).

B. Around June 2009, the Defendant received a written consent from B to use land with respect to 56,127 square meters (which is divided into 56,127 square meters in 19 square meters in 19,000 square meters in 19,000 square meters in 19,000 square meters in 274,247 square meters in 247 square meters in 2009) among the H land before subdivision for the purpose of designating a stone collection complex and collecting earth and rocks. On August 5, 2009, the Defendant received a written consent from C to use land with respect to 56,127 square meters in 24,000 square meters in 274,247 square meters in 247 square meters

At the time of incorporation into a land stone collection complex at the time of the owner strike, the Defendant shall be a stone collection complex (hereinafter referred to as “the stone collection complex in this case”) with respect to part of the land indicated below from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service on October 27, 2009, as follows: (a) the Defendant shall be a stone collection complex (hereinafter referred to as “the stone collection complex in this case”) with respect to part of the land indicated below on the following table from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service on October 27, 2009.

(2) The portion of the land owned by the following B and C included in the stone collection complex is subject to the instant stone collection.
